This notice is to inform you that Broadvoice will be performing maintenance on Saturday, January 16, from 10:00 PM PST to 12:00 AM PST on the b-hive platform. We are moving our call center servers to AWS to improve security, scalability and availability. During the maintenance window, customers will be able to use their b-hive platform to make and receive calls and operate their call center queues. However, the call center dashboards and reporting will not show real-time call processing data. There is the possibility that voicemail notifications will be delayed; however, recordings will go unaffected.
