Infrastructure upgrades to improve platform reliability and scalability. All calls platform-wide will be dropped momentarily (less than 5mins) but all subsequent calls should proceed without interruption. Voicemails, Recordings, and Faxes may be delayed up to 2 hours. Communicator and mobile apps may experience intermittent login failures. Our teams will be actively monitoring and ready to intervene in case of any prolonged issue throughout the entire process.
