We want to inform you of an upcoming maintenance event that will affect the availability to access call records and associated faxes, and voicemails. The call records and associated faxes and voicemails will be unavailable for an estimated 2 hours during the maintenance window. All other aspects of the platform will operate as normal. All call records, faxes, or voicemails received during the maintenance window will be stored and delivered upon the completion of the maintenance window.
